Aerospoke Corporation warrants its wheels against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This is a limited warrany which requires proof of purchase. All warranty claims must be made directly to Aerospoke Corporation. Please do not take your wheel back to the dealer. Should you need warranty work or service of any kind, contact Aerospoke for a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be clearly maked on the outside of the packaging. In addition, please include all contact information along with any additional correspondence. Items shipped to Aerospoke without a RA# may not be accepted.
Aerospoke's warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, DAMAGE DUE TO IMPACT OR BENDING, use for purpose or application other than specifically designed for, or for accessories not originally intended or compatible with the wheel or wheels. Aerospoke reserves sole right to make warranty determinations and is not responsible for inbound shipping charges or damage during shipping. |
